论古代生态智慧对新时代生态文明建设的启示

On Enlightenment of Ancient Ecological Wisdom to Construction of Ecological Civilization in New Era

中国古人运用独特的智慧实现了人和自然和谐相处,创造了生态哲学思想和生态伦理思想:“天人合一”的自然本体观、“知止知足、取用有节”的生态保护观和礼法治农的法制建设观等。这些“丰富的生态智慧”是习近平生态文明思想的源头活水。习近平高度重视吸收和借鉴中国古代生态智慧并对其进行了创新性的发展和创造性的转化。他提出的“人与自然和谐共生”“绿色发展”“实行最严格的生态保护制度”等生态文明思想是新时代生态文明建设的行动指南。在当前,研究中国古代生态智慧对推动新时代生态文明建设具有重要启示:一是必须提升全民生态保护意识,形成生态保护合力;二是创新经济发展模式,推动绿色可持续发展;三是完善生态环境制度建设,增强环境保护约束力。

Ancient Chinese people use their wisdom to realize the harmony between man and nature,creating an ecological philosophy and ecological ethics thought:the natural ontology concept of“nature and humanity”,“knowledge content,retrieval knobby”view of ecological protection and rule of law,the agriculture legal system construction concept etc.The“rich ecological wisdom”is the important origin of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought.Xi Jinping,the general secretary of China,attaches great importance to studying and learning from the ecological wisdom of ancient Chinese.He also puts emphasis on the creative development and innovative transformation of the ecological wisdom and has put forward the ideas of ecological civilization,such as“harmonious coexistence between man and nature”,“green development”and“the strictest system of ecological protection”.These ideas are the guidelines for high-quality development of ecological civilization in the new era.At present,the study on the ecological wisdom of ancient Chinese is important for promoting the ecological civilization construction in the new era as it can instruct us what to do next.Firstly,we must raise the ecological protection awareness of all people.Secondly,we need to innovate new models of economic development to create the driving force for green development.Thirdly,we must improve the system for protecting the ecological environment and make it more binding.
