摘要
以三聚盛煤业3条进风井筒保温项目设计为研究背景,根据3条进风井筒的最大进风量及当地冬季气象条件,结合工程实践经验,进行冬季井筒保温耗热量的计算,合理确定了供热设备的热需求功率及配套的热风引风机风量;阐述了远红外加热的基本原理,通过运行数据对比,验证了该种井筒保温方式在运行成本、节能环保、加热效果方面的优势,为类似项目的设计提供了参考。
Based on the design of three air intake shaft winter heating projects of Sanjusheng Coal Industry as the research background,according to the maximum air intake volume of the three air intake shafts and local winter weather conditions,the heat demand power of the heating equipment and the air volume of the supporting engine for hot air fan are reasonably determined.Through the comparison of operating data,it is verified that the shaft heating method is effective in terms of operating cost,energy saving and environmental protection,and heating effec.
