阐述了在炼化项目专利技术招标中进行经济比选的必要性和重要性,通过对其工作方法、思路与工作要点的剖析,以及实际案例的展示与分析,提出应以技术标为先导、以经济标为主导,并结合技术的先进性、适用性、可靠性,以及与全厂流程的契合性等因素,综合确定专利技术方案。

This paper expounds the necessity and importance of economic comparison and selection in the bidding of patent technology for refining and chemical project.Through the analysis of its working methods,ideas and key points,as well as the study of actual cases,it is proposed that the patent technology scheme should be determined comprehensively,which should be technical bid guided and economic bid oriented,and also take into account the patent technology’s advancement,applicability,reliability and compatibility with the overall process of the refining and chemical project.
