摘要 桦褐孔菌(Inonotus obliquus)是主要生长在白桦树、榆树等树皮上的木腐真菌。桦褐孔菌多糖是重要的活性成分,具有抗糖尿病、调节肠道菌群、治疗炎症、抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤等多种功能活性,在近年的研究中备受关注。综述目前桦褐孔菌多糖提取工艺、结构及功能活性的研究现状,讨论了桦褐孔菌多糖在今后可能的发展趋势及研究方向,旨在为桦褐孔菌多糖的进一步研究、工业化生产及相关产品的开发提供一定的理论基础。 Inonotus obliquus is a kind of wood rotting fungi which mainly grows in the birch bark and elm bark. I. obliquus polysaccharide,as an important active ingredient in I. obliquus, exerts various functional activities, such as anti-diabetes, regulating intestinal flora, treating inflammation, antioxidant, anti-fatigue, anti-tumor and enhancing immune activity, etc., and thus have attracted much attention in recent years. With the aim to provide theoretical basis for the future research, industrial production and related product development of I. obliquus polysaccharides, the present review outlines the current research status of extraction process, structure and functional activity of I. obliquus polysaccharides. Furthermore, possible development trend and future directions in the research of I. obliquus polysaccharides are discussed.
