申香系列香菇新品种在辽宁地区的生长特性 被引量:4

摘要 以辽宁主栽香菇品种"辽抚4号"为对照,与引进的申香系列香菇菌株"申香1501""香1513""申香215"进行菌株生长特性比较试验。结果表明,4个香菇菌株之间均有拮抗反应产生,认定为亲缘不同种。"申香1501"菌丝生长速度为4.71 mm·d-1,显著快于"辽抚4号"及其他供试菌株,菇型为钟形,菇质较软,干鲜比高于"辽抚4号"及其他供试菌株。"申香1513"生物学效率和"辽抚4号"差异不明显,为硬质菇,颜色浅,菇柄短,可以作为辽宁栽培品种选择。"申香215"子实体农艺性状最好,菇型圆整度达95%,单菇最重,达到57 g,可以作为辽宁省出口或者鲜销的品种选择。 Compared with Liaoning mainly cultivated Lentinus edode cultivar‘Liaofu 4’, the growth charateristica of‘Shenxiang 1501’,‘Shenxiang 1513’and‘Shenxiang 215’were tested. The antagonistic reactions among the 4 tested strains were identified that they are different species. The mycelium growth rate of‘Shenxiang1501’(4.71 mm·d-1 on PDA medium)was significantly higher than that of other tested strains. The fruit body was soft and good appearance in both fresh and dry condition, the drying rate was higher than‘Liaofu 4’and other tested cultivar. The biological efficiency of‘Shenxiang 1513’was not significant to‘Liaofu 4’, however, the fruiting body was compact with light color and short stipe, and could be selected as one of the cultivars in Liaoning province.‘Shenxiang 215’showed the best agronomic characteristics, with the appearance rate of 95% and the single fruiting body highest weight of 57 g. which could be selected for export or fresh cultivar in Liaoning province.
