食用菌观光园中以柠条为基质的食用菌栽培试验

摘要 在食用菌四季观光园内,采用柠条为栽培原料,制备3种配方开展香菇和草原黑蘑人工栽培试验。结果表明,增加培养料配方中的柠条含量,可提高2种食用菌产量和生物转化率,但对生长时间无影响。采用柠条基质栽培食用菌既能充分利用柠条资源,又能让游客观赏到各种食用菌,有助于食用菌产业的协同发展。 Taking the artificial cultivation of edible fungi in the four seasons sightseeing garden as an example, three kinds of formulas were prepared with Caragana korshinskii as the raw material to carry out the cultivation experiment of Lentinus edodes and Agaricus arvensis. The results showed that increasing the content of C. korshinskii in the culture medium could increase the yield and biological conversion rate of two edible fungi, but had no effect on the growth time. Using C. korshinskii substrate to cultivate edible fungi not only can make full use of C. korshinskii resources, but also can watch edible fungi, which is helpful to the development of edible fungi industry.
