榆黄蘑不同生长发育期胞外酶活性变化研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究不同品种榆黄蘑(Pleurotus citrinopileatus)栽培基质中胞外酶活性的变化规律,以棉籽壳、木屑为主要原料,对榆黄蘑1号、榆黄蘑YH06、榆黄蘑29号进行栽培,测定不同生长阶段栽培基质中的滤纸纤维素酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶、淀粉酶、半纤维素酶、漆酶和过氧化物酶活性。结果表明,在不同生长发育阶段,3株榆黄蘑栽培基质中的7种胞外酶活性变化规律基本一致,但具有明显的阶段性;滤纸纤维素酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、β-葡萄糖苷酶、淀粉酶和半纤维素酶活性均呈现出前期上升后期下降的趋势,至幼菇期酶活维持在较高水平;漆酶和过氧化物酶在菌丝生长初期酶活性均较高,随着栽培时间的延长一直呈下降趋势。 To study the changes of extracellular enzymes in cultivation substrate of different varieties of Pleurotus citrinopileatus,this study used cotton seed hull and sawdust as the main raw materials to cultivate P. citrinopileatus No.1, P. citrinopileatus SW06 and P. citrinopileatus No.29, and determine the activities of filter paper cellulase, carboxymethylcellulose, β-glucosidase,amylase, hemicellulase, laccase and peroxidase in cultivation substrate during the different growth stages. The results showed that during the different growth stages, the changes of seven extracellular enzyme activities in cultivation substrate of three P. citrinopileatus strains were basically the same, but had obvious stages. Among them, the activities of filter paper cellulase,carboxymethylcellulose, β-glucosidase, amylase and hemicellulase showed a trend of rising in the early stage and decreasing in the later stage, and the enzyme activities remained at a high level until the young mushroom stage. Both the activities of laccase and peroxidase were at a higher level at the initial stage of mycelial growth, and have a downward trend with the extension of cultivation time.
