摘要
采用ITS技术对一株采自内蒙古通辽地区的野生食用菌子实体进行扩展和测序。结果表明,该野生食用菌与采自锡林郭勒地区的KY173356确定为同一物种,与假杯伞科(Pseudoclitocybaceae)和口蘑科(Tricholomataceae)亲缘关系较近,但其拉丁名仍需要进一步研究确定。
The fruit bodies of a wild edible fungi collected from Tongliao area of Inner Mongolia were expanded and sequenced by ITS. The results showed that the wild edible fungi was the same as KY173356 collected from Xilinguole area. It was closely related to Pseudoclitocybaceae and Tricholomataceae, but the determination of its Latin name needed further study.
