摘要 采摘体验是推动食用菌产业转型发展、延伸产业链条的重要尝试。良好的采摘体验活动有效满足了消费者对休闲、绿色的消费需求,也为当前生态农业产品设计提供了借鉴经验和重要启发。以食用菌采摘体验特征和未来方向为研究基础,系统论述了生态农业产品的设计要求,并从设计目标、设计原则、设计流程和设计方案视角提出了食用菌采摘体验下生态农业产品的具体设计策略。 Picking experience is an important attempt to promote the transformation and development of the edible fungi industry and extend the industrial chain. Good picking experience activities effectively meet consumers’ demand for leisure and green consumption, and also provide reference experience and important inspiration for the current eco-agricultural product design. Based on the characteristics and future directions of edible fungi picking experience, this paper systematically discusses the design requirements of ecological agricultural products, and proposes the ecological agricultural products under the edible fungi picking experience from the perspective of design goals, design principles, design processes and design schemes. Specific design strategy.
