摘要
就食品安全而言,目前中国《食品安全法》对食品安全的追溯体系有待健全,缺少有效的技术法规。因此,不能有效地控制食用菌食用安全。如今,欧美国家已经建立了相对完善的食品安全溯源法律体系和先进的食品安全溯源管理体系,并取得了一定的成效。中国是食用菌的生产加工大国,基于食用菌的安全溯源体系构建迫在眉睫。通过对相关食用菌安全溯源体系概述的研究,进行了食用菌安全溯源体系的构建,研究分析了食用菌安全溯源体系构建面临的困境,并提出食用菌安全溯源体系完善及法律的对策优化措施贡献了一份力量,以促进食用菌食品安全健康和可持续发展。
In terms of food safety,at present China’s food safety law’s traceability system for food safety needs to be improved and lacks effective technical regulations. Therefore, it is impossible to effectively control the safety of edible fungi. Today, European and American countries have established relatively complete food safety traceability legal systems and advanced food safety traceability management systems, and have achieved certain results. China is a big country in terms of population and food production and processing, as well as a big country in the production and processing of edible fungi. The construction of a safety traceability system based on edible fungi is imminent. Based on this, this research came into being.
