家兔甘油中毒性急性肾功能衰竭模型的建立及病理学观察

Modeling Acute Renal Failure in Rabbits Subjected to Glycerinum and Pathological Observation

为进一步明确肾功能衰竭的病理学特征,本试验采用家兔皮下注射甘油法成功建立了家兔甘油中毒性肾功能衰竭病理模型,并对其血、尿的生化指标和肾脏的病理变化进行观察。结果表明:在注射甘油后48 h,试验组动物血清中肌酐、尿素氮的含量明显升高;尿量明显减少、尿液浓缩、尿蛋白、尿糖浓度明显升高,尿中潜血呈阳性;肾脏呈现典型的中毒性肾病,肾小管内可见大量的蛋白管型。

In order to further clear and define the pathological features of Acute Renal Failure,this experimentadopts the method of injecting glycerol into subcutaneous rabbits successfully and established the model of AcuteRenal Failure.It is observed the biochemical indicator of blood and urine and renal pathological changes.The resultsshowed that 24 h after injection of glycerol,experimental animal serum creatinine,urea nitrogen content obviouslyincreased,but the urine volume decreased significantly,the concentrated urine,the urine protein,the urine sugarconcentration significantly increased,the urine occult blood positive,kidney showed typical toxic nephropathy,renaltubules showed a large amount of protein tube.
