摘要
分析了地质构造因素、注水因素、井身因素及固井质量对套损的影响,指出了套损主要发生在累计注水量多、注采比高的一类区块,且J55钢级套损比例高,形成了套损预防措施。从钻井源头上提高套管抗压强度,提高固井质量;在开发过程中注重注水管理,加强压裂方案优化及作业质量监督,实现全过程有效防控,降低了套损发生几率。
The influences of geological structure factor,water injection factor,wellbore factor and cementing quality on casing damage were analyzed in order to control the probability of casing damage in Yushulin oilfield.The casing damage law is studied:the casing damage mainly occurs in the blocks with large cumulative water injection and high injection production ratio,and the damage propor⁃tion of J55 steel casing is high.The preventive measures of casing damage are put forward:improving the compressive strength of cas⁃ing and improving the cementing quality;paying attention to water injection management in the development process,strengthening the optimization of fracturing scheme and operation quality supervision,so as to achieve effective prevention and control of casing damage in the whole process,and effectively reduce the probability of casing damage.
