多年来,中国石油集团渤海钻探工程有限公司第二录井公司(以下简称公司),始终将安全标准化作为公司基础管理的一项重要内容,抓实抓细。论述了安全标准化的内涵以及在实施过程中存在的问题,从识别相关安全标准要求、提高全员安全标准化培训、建立高素质标准化人才队伍、强化标准化监督检查考核、标准化落地等方面提出了相应的对策和建议,以期进一步夯实公司安全管理根基。

For many years,the second mud logging company of CNPC Bohai Drilling Engineering Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the company)has always regarded safety standardization as an important part of the company's basic management,and has paid close attention to it.The connotation of safety standardization and the problems existing in the implementation process are discussed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of identifying the requirements of relevant safety stan⁃dards,improving the safety standardization training of all staff,establishing a high-quality standardized talent team and strengthening the supervision,inspection,assessment and implementation of standardization,so as to further consolidate the safety management foun⁃dation of the company.
