摘要
通过分析承包商施工能力、施工井难度、监督人员业务水平,形成承包商施工能力评价标准、施工井难度评价标准、监督业务水平评价标准,同时对这3个维度的评价进行量化分析,通过能力雷达图可视化对比选派监督人员,发挥监督人员的互补增值效应,实现监督资源的优化配置和监督效果提升,提高承包商现场管理水平。
The Contractor's construction ability evaluation standard,construction well difficulty evaluation standard and supervisor busi⁃ness level evaluation standard are formed according to the analysis of the construction ability of Contractor,difficulty of construction well and business level of supervisor.The evaluation of these three dimensions is analyzed quantitatively.The supervisor for drilling project is selected by the visualization comparison of ability radar chart so as to give full play to the complementary value-added effect of supervision,realize the optimal allocation of supervision resources and the improvement of supervision effect,and improve the Con⁃tractor's on-site management level.
