临兴区块第一口二开水平井设计和现场应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着山西临兴区块致密气勘探的深入,由勘探阶段逐渐转入开发阶段。初始临兴区块水平井的井身结构为三开井身结构,裸眼完井,存在钻井周期长、费用高的难点。为了缩短钻井周期,减少钻井费用,提高开发效益,尝试开展二开水平井试验。临兴1H井为临兴第一口二开井身结构水平井,采用套管固井的完井方式。水平井轨迹采用二段式造斜;根据地层特性,对钻头类型进行了优选;对钻具组合、钻井液、固井也分别进行了针对性的优化设计。现场应用表明,提速降本效果明显。同时对应用过程中出现的摩阻高问题进行了分析,提出了针对性的改善措施。 The tight gas in Linxing block,Shanxi Province has gradually shifted to the development stage from the exploration stage.At first,the horizontal wells in Linxing block are of three-section structure and open hole completion,which leads to long drilling cycle and high cost.In order to shorten the drilling cycle,reduce the drilling cost and improve the development benefit,the two-section hori⁃zontal well was tried.Linxing 1H horizontal well is the first two-section horizontal well,and its completion form is casing cementing.The trajectory of the horizontal well adopts two-section deflecting.According to the formation characteristics,the bit type,and the BHA,drilling fluid and cementing form were optimized respectively.The field application shows that this wellbore structure has obvi⁃ous effect of increasing speed and reducing cost.The high friction in the construction process is analyzed,and the corresponding im⁃provement measures are put forward.
