The digital campus construction covering all schools is an important development goal of education informatization 2.0.This paper aims to explore an implementation path of digital campus construction covering all schools in primary and secondary schools.This paper explains the basic connotation of the digital campus construction covering all schools in primary and secondary schools.Through analysis and comparison of the different development characteristics of digital campus 1.0 and 2.0,this paper argues that digital campus 2.0 is a campus form which is fully integrated into the public service system,realizes the digitization of elements and rules,and supports the education,teaching and management practice based on educating people.On this basis,the paper constructs a full coverage implementation path based on the basic framework of broadband and terminal,system and space,application and mechanism,and discusses various application scenarios that meet the needs of integrated development of online and offline teaching and learning in the post-epidemic era,looking forward to provide more useful thoughts and feasible ideas for the construction of digital campus covering all schools in primary and secondary schools.
