摘要
对比国内外悬挂装置钢制螺旋弹簧的技术条件和设计计算,结合既有机车弹簧产品参数设计和试验经验,提出选择机车悬挂装置钢制螺旋弹簧参数及校核的建议:弹簧有效圈应尽量大于等于5;增加总圈数的同时控制端圈厚度可以使弹簧压并高度满足设计值;弹簧的总圈数较多时簧圈间隙更均匀;建议校核弹簧间隙系数和剩余变形量,以上建议可以直接应用在弹簧参数设计中,同时建议搜集大量实验数据对古德曼图进行完善。
Compared with the technical conditions and design calculation of the steel coil spring of suspension device at home and abroad,combined with the design and test of existing locomotive spring parameter,some suggestions are put forward to select the parameters and check the steel coil spring of locomotive suspension device.The effective coil of spring shall be no less than 5;when the total number of turns is increased,control the thickness of end turns,the spring pressure height can meet the design value;when the total of the spring coils is large and close to integer,the clearance between coils in more uniform;it is suggested to check the spring clearance coefficient and residual deformation.The above suggestions can be directly applied to the spring parameter design at the same time and a large number of experimental data can be collected to improve the Goodman diagram.
