摘要
文章针对包头"1+N"模式公共实训基地建设,比较分析包头市的三类公共实训基地建设与运作模式,希望对内蒙古自治区其他地区的高技能人才培训、公共实训基地建设提供有益启发。
Based on the construction of Baotou"1+N"training base,this paper compares and analyzes the construction and models of three kinds of public training bases in Baotou,which is expected to provide some references for highly skilled personnel training and the public training base construction in Inner Mongolia.
