摘要
在目前倡导高质量就业的背景下,文章通过调查问卷和走访记录,筛选出影响高职学生追求高质量就业的五个因素,分别是高职学生对高质量就业认知不恰当,自身能力达不到企业要求,就业心态不平衡,家长对子女优质择业的干预,以及企业在招聘时表述与事实不符。针对这五个影响因素,笔者结合自身在就业工作中的经验和思考,分别给予了对策和建议,为提高高职生高质量就业的成功率做出保障。
In the context of advocating high-quality employment and through the way of questionnaire and interview record,five influencing factors of high quality employment of vocational students were selected out in the paper,including the inappropriate perception of high quality employment,their poor ability,unbalanced employment mentality,parents’interfere in their children’s career choice,companies’unrealized information.For these five factors,the author unifies own experience and the thought in the work and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the success rate of high quality employment for vocational students.
