摘要
为进一步做好维护儿童人身权益工作,依据全国妇联"五项机制"新举措,从落实该措施的必要性、可行途径进行分析,最后对落实新措施方案及维护儿童人身权益提出几点建议。
In order to further protect children’s rights and interests,this thesis analyzes the necessity and feasible ways of the implementation of the measures and finally puts forward some suggestions on implementing the new measures and protecting the rights and interests of children based on the Five Mechanisms of the All-China Women’s Federation.
