摘要
目的测定前额安置B71、B81骨导振器时纯音骨导阈值差异。方法征集健听青年志愿者21名(42耳),使用SFTest 330型自动数字纯音听力计,测定前额安置B71、B81骨振器时于手动及自动模式下纯音骨导阈值,并进行分析比较。结果受试者最大骨导听阈为20 dB HL。B71、B81骨振器于手动、自动模式下测得的纯音骨导阈值间差值平均小于3 dB HL。结论B71、B81骨振器均可应用于前额安置情况下自动测听0.5~4 kHz间纯音骨导阈值,但仍需后续测试不同听损类型及程度人群加以印证。
Objective To investigate the differences of bone conduction thresholds measured by B71 and B81 transducers.Methods 21 participants with normal hearing aged between 18-35 were recruited.SFS test 330 Automated Digital Audiometry was used to measure the bone conduction thresholds in manual and automatic modes using B71 and B81 transducers.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS package(Ver 19).Results 21 young participants with normal hearing(42 ears)in total were included in this study.The maximum bone conduction hearing thresholds were 20 dB HL.The averaged difference of the bone conduction thresholds between B71 and B81 in manual and automatic modes was less than 3 dB.Conclusion Both B71 and B81 can be applied to automatic audiometry to measure bone conduction thresholds between 0.5-4 kHz.However,further investigation is needed for people with various types and degrees of hearing loss.
