护理硕士专业学位研究生专业自我概念对患者安全态度和职业素养的影响

Influence of Professional Self-concept on Patient Safety Attitudes and Professionalism among Masters of Nursing Specialist

目的探讨护理硕士专业学位(master of nursing specialist,MNS)研究生专业自我概念对患者安全态度和职业素养的影响。方法便利选取48所高校的394名MNS研究生,采用一般资料调查表、护理专业自我概念量表、患者安全态度和职业素养问卷进行调查。结果MNS研究生专业自我概念总均分为(2.85±0.35)分,患者安全态度和职业素养总均分为(3.73±0.46)分、整体积极反应率为65.97%。专业自我概念与患者安全态度和职业素养成正相关(r=0.502,P<0.05)。分层回归分析显示,专业自我概念中的技能、满意度、沟通交流可解释患者安全态度和职业素养总变异的21.8%(ΔR^2=0.218,P<0.01)。结论MNS研究生专业自我概念趋向积极,但仍需加强培养,其患者安全态度和职业素养亟待提高。护理教育者应重视专业自我概念对患者安全态度和职业素养的影响,并积极开展患者安全培训,以提高MNS研究生的患者安全态度和职业素养。

Objective To explore the influence of professional self-concept on patient safety attitudes and professionalism among masters of nursing specialist(MNS).Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 394 MNS postgraduates from 48 universities.The general data questionnaire,the Nursing Professional Self-concept Scale and the Patient Safety Attitudes and Professionalism Survey were used for investigation.Results The average score of professional self-concept among MNS postgraduates was(2.85±0.35).The average score of patient safety attitudes and professionalism was(3.73±0.46).The overall positive response rate was 65.97%.Professional self-concept was positively correlated with patient safety attitudes and professionalism(r=0.502,P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the skills,satisfaction and communication dimensions of professional self-concept predicted 21.8% of the variance for patient safety attitudes and professionalism(ΔR^(2)=0.218,P<0.01).Conclusions Professional self-concept of MNS postgraduates tends to be positive,but still needs to be strengthened.It is urgent to improve their patient safety attitudes and professionalism.Nursing educators should attach importance to the influence of professional self-concept on patient safety attitudes and professionalism and actively carry out patient safety training,so as to improve the patient safety attitudes and professionalism of MNS postgraduates.
