专业心理求助污名在本科护生心理健康素养与专业心理求助态度之间的中介作用

Mediating Role of Stigma for Seeking Professional Psychological Help between Mental Health Literacy and Attitudes towards Seeking Professional Psychological Help among Nursing Undergraduates

目的了解心理健康素养对护生专业心理求助态度的影响,以及专业心理求助污名在其中的中介作用。方法采用心理健康素养量表、专业心理求助污名量表和专业心理求助态度量表对郑州市两所高校护理专业在校学生进行调查。结果护生心理健康素养、专业心理求助污名和专业心理求助态度得分分别为(112.61±10.90)、(25.44±6.99)、(98.77±12.53)分。心理健康素养与专业心理求助态度呈正相关,专业心理求助污名与专业心理求助态度呈负相关(均P<0.01)。专业心理求助污名在护生心理健康素养与专业心理求助态度之间起中介作用,中介效应占总效应的34.09%。结论护生的专业心理求助态度处于中上水平,护生不仅可以通过提高心理健康素养水平来改善专业心理求助态度,还可以通过降低专业心理求助污名程度来改善专业心理求助态度。

Objective To explore the effect of mental health literacy on attitudes towards seeking professional psychological help,and the mediating role of stigma for seeking professional psychological help in this relationship among nursing undergraduates.Methods The Mental Health Literacy Scale,Scale of Stigma for Seeking Professional Psychological Help and Scale of Attitudes toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help were used for investigation among the nursing undergraduates from two universities in Zhengzhou City.Results The scores of mental health literacy,stigma for seeking professional psychological help and attitudes towards seeking professional psychological help of nursing undergraduates were 112.61±10.90,25.44±6.99 and 98.77±12.53,respectively.Mental health literacy was positively correlated with attitudes towards seeking professional psychological help,and stigma for seeking professional psychological help was negatively correlated with attitudes towards seeking professional psychological help(both P<0.01).The stigma for seeking professional psychological help played a mediating role between mental health literacy and attitudes towards seeking professional psychological help among nursing undergraduates,and the mediating effect accounted for 34.09%of the total effect.Conclusions The attitude towards seeking professional psychological help of nursing undergraduates is in the upper middle level.Nursing undergraduates can improve their attitudes towards seeking professional psychological help by improving their mental health literacy level and by reducing the stigma for seeking professional psychological help.
