新型约束指套的设计与应用效果评价

Design and Application Effect Evaluation of New Constraint Finger Set

目的观察新型约束指套在提高神经外科重症监护病房患者约束依从性中的应用效果。方法便利抽样选取2016年1月至2019年12月入住NSICU的80例约束患者,分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组使用新型约束指套进行约束,对照组用常规约束方法。对两组约束不依从率、拔管风险率、约束部位皮肤损伤率及满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者的约束不依从率、约束部位皮肤损伤率、满意度,分别为4.1%、0%、95.0%;对照组依次为68.0%、20.0%、15.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);观察组患者的头部引流管、导尿管、胃管的拔管风险率分别为20.8‰、10.3‰、5.5‰;对照组患者依次为32.6‰、7.7‰、5.6‰,两组比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论新型约束指套使用方便且安全,提高了患者约束依从性、舒适度及满意率,减少约束部位皮肤损伤,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of applying the new restraint finger set in improving the restraint compliance of the patients in the neurosurgery intensive care unit(NSICU).Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 80 restrained patients in the NSICU from January 2016 to December 2019.They were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group was restrained with the new restraint finger set,while the control group was restrained with conventional restraint methods.The non-compliance rate,extubation risk rate,skin injury rate of the restraint sites and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The non-compliance rate,skin injury rate of the restraint sites and satisfaction rate were 4.1%,0%and 95.0%respectively in the observation group,and 68.0%,20.0%and 15.0%respectively in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.01).The extubation risk rates of head drainage tube,urethral catheter and gastric tube in the observation group were 20.8‰,10.3‰and 5.5‰,respectively,and those in the control group were 32.6‰,7.7‰,and 5.6‰,respectively.There were no significant differences between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusions The new restraint finger set is convenient and safe to use,and worthy of clinical application.It can improve patient restraint compliance,comfort and satisfaction,and reduce skin injury of the restraint sites.
