颈动脉支架置入术治疗颈动脉狭窄45例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:总结颈动脉支架成形术治疗颈动脉狭窄的疗效及安全性.方法:回顾性分析江苏省常州市武进人民医院神经内科2016年1月至2019年6月收治的行颈动脉支架置入术治疗颈动脉狭窄45例患者的临床资料,观察围手术期并发症及术后狭窄改善情况,对患者随访1年.结果:45例患者均成功植入颈动脉支架,术后残余狭窄均<30%,围手术期脑梗死发生率为6.7%,1例出现高灌注致脑出血,随访1年无1例支架内再狭窄发生,1例出现缺血性卒中.2例出现消化道出血.结论:颈动脉支架成形术治疗颈动脉狭窄安全有效,可作为颈动脉内膜剥脱术的替代治疗方案. Objective:To summarize the efficacy and security of carotid artery stenting in the treatment of carotid artery stenosis.Methods:The clinical data of 45 patients with carotid artery stenosis accepted carotid artery stenting were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2016 to May 2019 in the hospital.Perioperative complications and postoperative stenosis improvement were observed,and the patients were followed up for 1 year.Results:All the 45 cases were successfully implanted with carotid artery stents and postoperative residual stenosis was less 30%.Perioperative cerebral infarction incidence was 6.7%and 1 case developed cerebral hemorrhage caused by high cerebral perfusion and no in⁃stent restenosis happened in all the cases in the followed⁃up 1 year.While 1 case developed ischemic stroke and 2 cases occurred gastrointestinal bleeding.Conclusions:Carotid stenting is a safe and effective and can be used as an alternative treatment for carotid endarterectomy.
