摘要
目的探讨疑难ABO标本的血清学及分子生物学机制。方法用血清学的分析鉴定ABO疑难标本,同时做基因测序分析鉴定血型。结果 42例疑难标本中,A亚型5例、B亚型3例、AB亚型2例、cisAB 6例、B(A)7例、A抗原性减弱9例、B抗原性减弱8例、AB抗原性减弱2例,其中亚型种类为A2、A3、Ael、Bel、AxB和ABw。结论血清学方法对疑难ABO血型的鉴定存在局限性,结合基因分型技术可以准确定型血型,确保输血安全。
Objective To explore the molecular biological mechanism of serologically discrepant ABO blood group typing results.Methods The discrepant results found in routine serological blood group typing tests were further subjected to gene sequencing to identify blood types.Results Among the 42 samples with discrepant results,A subtype was identified in 5 cases,B subtype in 3,AB subtype in 2,cisAB in 6,B(A)in 7,weaken A in 9,weaken B in 8,and weaken AB in 2.The subtypes were A2,A3,Ael,Bel,AxB and ABw.Conclusion The blood type can accurately determined by serological methods accompanied with genotyping technology.
