泰州市与江苏省的无偿献血人群结构比较研究

The demographics of voluntary blood donors in Taizhou city:A comparative study with Jiangsu province

目的了解泰州市无偿献血人群结构及其分布特征,并与江苏省的整体无偿献血情况相比较,发现逐年变化规律,为制定科学,合理,有效的招募政策提供数据支持。方法针对2012—2019年泰州市和江苏省参加无偿献血的献血者,通过血站的信息和业务管理软件查询相应的人口统计学信息,分别对年份,性别,年龄,职业,教育程度和婚姻信息进行亚分层汇总,最后进行统计分析和比较。结果泰州市的献血率为(9.62±0.30)‰低于江苏省的(12.30±0.70)‰,但重复献血者比例(66.57±2.33)%高于全省(57.84±3.77)%,两者在性别,年龄,献血类型,职业,教育程度和婚姻的构成比上都具有差异(均为P<0.05),同时两者年轻群体的构成比都呈现逐年下降趋势(江苏58.11%下降到50.49%,泰州55.49%下降到45.74%)。结论在制定献血者招募政策时,要根据本地的人口特征进行有针对性的宣传,同时要提前规划未来可能遇到的招募挑战。

Objective To understand the demographic profiles of blood donors in Taizhou city,then compare those with Jiangsu province to discover the annual changes,aimed at providing data support for formulating scientific,reasonable and targeted recruitment strategies.Methods The blood donation records during 2012—2019 were collected and queried through the information management system,and the statistical analysis and comparison of stratified data in term of the donationyear,gender,age,occupation,education level and marriage status were performed.Results The participate rate of blood donation in Taizhou city was(9.62±0.30)‰,which was lower than that of Jiangsu province\[(12.30±0.70)‰\];the proportion of repeated donors in Taizhou city was(66.57±2.33)%,higher than that in Jiangsu province\[(57.84±3.77)%\];the constituent ratio of gender,age,donation type,occupation,education level and marriagestatus were significantly different by Taizhou and Jiangsu province(P<0.05).Meanwihle,the proportion of younger donors in both Jiangsu province(from 58.11%to 50.49%)and Taizhou(from 55.49%to 45.74%)decreased,showing a downward trend year by year.Conclusion Targeted publicity according to the local demographic characteristics should be carried out when formulating blood donor recruitment strategy,and possible challenges should be planned in advance.
