摘要
发展装配式建筑,可以实现节约资源和能源、减少环境排放的效果,是我国推进建筑业供给侧改革的一项重要举措,但目前西宁市装配式建筑的发展举步维艰,速度和规模较国内同级城市仍有不小差距。为明确影响西宁市装配式建筑发展的关键因素,进而制定更有效的地区装配式建筑产业发展政策,通过文献分析筛选影响国内装配式建筑发展的五大因素,根据专家访谈、问卷调查得出符合西宁市现状的影响因素清单,采用因子分析确定西宁市装配式建筑发展的五类关键因素;通过系统动力学建立影响因素的存量流量图进行验证分析。结果显示,西宁市装配式建筑发展应围绕政策支持力、技术经济条件、组织管理能力、技术能力、运输体系五类关键因素展开。
The development of off-site constructions can obtain positive effects in resource use,energy consumption and environmental emissions. It is an important measure to promote the supply-side reform of the construction industry for China. However, the development of off-site construction in Xining is currently struggling, and the speed and scale of development are still small compared with cities within the same level. In order to clarify the key impact factors of off-site construction development and to make it possible for local government to formulate more effective construction industry policies, an initial impact factor sheet is obtained through literature analysis, and a final impact factor list is proposed by expert interviews and questionnaire survey. The factor analysis method is used to determine the five key factors for the development of off-site constructions in Xining. Finally, the inventory flow diagram of the influencing factors was established through system dynamics method for verification and analysis. The results show that future development should focus on five key factors:policy support, technical and economic conditions, organizational management capacity,technical capacity, and transportation system.
