摘要
在建筑业转型升级的社会背景下,装配式建筑具有"四节一环保"的优点得到全面推广。由于装配式建筑构件的生产、运输和现场装配等多维空间作业,而其特征和施工特点决定对于装配式建筑建设施工过程中的质量风险评价复杂程度高,且风险易叠加。因此,开展装配式建筑质量风险评价研究具有其重要性。分析装配式建筑质量风险管理特点,引入熵权法与模糊综合评价法,建立装配式建筑施工质量风险评价模型。为验证模型的可行性,将其应用于具体项目中,为装配式建筑安全质量风险管理提供了新思路。
Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of "four savings and one environmental protection" and have been widely promoted under the social background of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. The Prefabricated buildings have multi-dimensional operations derives from production, transportation and onsite assembly of prefabricated building components,its characteristics and construction characteristics determine the high complexity of quality risk assessment in the construction of prefabricated buildings, and the risks are easy to be superimposed. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the quality risk assessment of prefabricated buildings. The characteristics of prefabricated buildings quality risk management are analyzed and the entropy weight method combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct a prefabricated buildings quality risk evaluation model. In order to verify the feasibility of the model,this study intends to use the model to analyze specific projects,which provides a new idea for the development of prefabricated buildings.
