摘要
根据某高校人才培养目标及工程专业认证对学生能力培养的要求,针对该校电子信息类学生参与课外科技创新活动时对步进电机的使用较为陌生的情况,开发了一款适用于学生科技竞赛赛前培训的步进电机控制创新教学实训平台。平台以高性能STM32系列单片机为控制核心,配备相应的外围电路和驱动器,实现了对步进电机位置和速度的精准控制。学生可以基于该平台学习嵌入式系统综合开发知识和步进电机运动控制原理,也可以直接将平台用于参赛作品实现及大学生科研训练项目(SRTP)开展。实际应用表明,平台的研发和应用弥补了相关专业理论教学大纲中对步进电机教学知识点的盲点,综合锻炼了学生的专业知识应用水平,有效提升了学生的实践能力、综合素质和解决复杂工程问题的能力。
According to the talent training goal of University of Science and Technology Beijing and the requirement of engineering professional certification for students’ ability training, and aiming at the unfamiliar situation of stepper motor used by electronic and information students when they participate in extracurricular science and technology innovation training, a stepper motor control innovation teaching and training platform is developed, which is suitable for students’ pre-competition training and SRTP project training. The practical application shows that the development and application of the platform make up for the blind spot of the teaching knowledge of stepping motor in the relevant professional theory syllabus, comprehensively exercise the students’ professional knowledge application level, and effectively improve their practical ability, comprehensive quality and ability to solve complex engineering problems.
