职业院校VR校企联合实验室建设与人才培养

Construction of VR college-enterprise joint laboratory and talent training in vocational colleges

通过岗位需求分析,发现目前国内VR应用型人才需求旺盛、缺口巨大,职业院校面临培养满足VR企业需求的高技能型人才的挑战。文章认为,VR应用型人才的培养需要进行深度的校企合作,校企联合实验室是提高人才培养水平的有效途径之一。通过建设职业院校VR应用型人才培养的校企联合实验室,总结了依托实验室的校企联合人才培养模式,探索了基于校企联合实验室的教学方法,为职业院校的实验室建设和人才培养提供了借鉴。

Through the job demand analysis, it is found that the demand for VR application-oriented talents in China is strong, and the gap is huge. Vocational colleges are facing the challenge of training high-skilled talents to meet the needs of VR enterprises. The paper thinks that the cultivation of VR application-oriented talents needs deep college-enterprise cooperation, and the college-enterprise joint laboratory is one of the effective ways to improve the level of talent training. Through the construction of the college-enterprise joint laboratory for VR application-oriented talent training in vocational colleges, this paper summarizes the college-enterprise joint talent training model relying on the laboratory, explores the teaching methods based on the college-enterprise joint laboratory, so as to provide some references for the laboratory construction and talent training in vocational colleges.
