摘要
口语沟通是人们最常用的沟通类型,而自闭症儿童的口语习得几乎普遍延迟,其口语沟通能力缺陷是较为普遍而突出的现象。口语沟通能力的缺陷给自闭症儿童的学习与生活带来种种不利影响。口语沟通干预对提升学前自闭症儿童的语言、认知和适应能力有着重要的、不可忽视的意义。本研究利用EBSCO数据库搜索国外近15年发表的有关学前自闭症儿童口语沟通干预的文献,分析了干预实施者和干预情境、评估方法、实验设计、干预方法和干预效果等,为今后研究与实践的开展提供参考和建议。
Verbal communication is a most common type of communication.Most of children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD) are delayed in the acquisition of spoken language.The defects in verbal communication skills,a common and prominent phenomenon of children with ASD,have negative effects on their life.Verbal communication intervention is important for improving language,cognition and adaptability of preschool children with ASD.Using the EBSCO database,this study sorted out the literature about verbal communication intervention in the past 15 years abroad and analyzed the implementers,contexts,evaluation approaches,methods,and effects of the intervention.Suggestions were given for future research and practice.
