地方本科高校创新创业实践教学体系的优化——以四川工商学院为例

Optimization of the Teaching System of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice in Local Universities——Take Sichuan Technology and Business Institute As An Example

若要切实解决“企业应用型人才不足,高校就业困难”的困境,地方性本科高校应充分发挥教学实践的作用.构建并不断完善教学实践体系,对教学实践内容进行更新,优化教学实践的方法,制定并完善教学实践的考核体系,把财会类专业教学实践课程打造成“金课”.培养学生的创新创业素养和能力,加强校企合作,把控好教学细节和实践过程,从而真正提升学生的就业能力.

To effectively solve the dilemma of"the shortage of applied talents in enterprises and the difficulty of obtaining employment in universities",local undergraduate universities should give full play to the role of teaching practice.We should construct and improve the teaching practice system,update the teaching practice content,optimize the teaching practice method,formulate and improve the assessment system of teaching practice,so as to make the teaching practice course of accounting major into"golden course".We should cultivate students'innovative and entrepreneurial quality and ability,strengthen school enterprise cooperation,and control teaching details and practice process,so as to truly improve students'employability.
