以樱桃砧木品种“吉塞拉6号”为研究对象,对其茎尖进行剥离和组织培养,通过探讨不同阶段培养基的最佳激素配比,以期找到初代培养和继代培养等不同阶段的最佳培养基及培养程序,以及影响其脱毒快繁的关键因素,建立樱桃砧木品种“吉塞拉6号”的高效再生体系.

In this study,cherry root stock variety"Gisela No.6"was used as the research object,and its stem tip was peeled and the tissue was cultured.By exploring the best hormone ratio in different stages of culture medium,we hope to find the best medium and culture program in different stages of primary culture and subculture,and key factors affecting the virus-free rapid propagation,to establish the efficient regeneration system of cherry root stock variety"Gisela No.6".
