生脉散合人参养荣汤加减治疗胃癌术后胃肠功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical Study of Shengmai Powder and Renshen Yangrong Decoction on Gastrointestinal Dysfunction after Gastric Cancer Surgery

目的探讨胃癌术后胃肠功能障碍采用生脉散合人参养荣汤加减治疗的效果。方法选取江苏省常熟市中医院2019年2月至2020年2月收治的60例胃癌术后胃肠功能障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机方式分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组患者以常规西药进行治疗,观察组患者以生脉散合人参养荣汤加减治疗,统计分析治疗后有效率、胃肠功能恢复时间、中医症候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果两组之间治疗后有效率相比,观察组较对照组高;胃肠功能恢复时间、中医症候积分及不良反应发生情况相比,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用生脉散合人参养荣汤加减治疗胃癌术后胃肠功能障碍总有效率较高,可促进患者胃肠功能恢复,改善临床症状,降低用药后不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shengmai Powder and Renshen Yangrong Decoction on gastrointestinal dysfunction after gastric cancer surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction of gastric cancer who were admitted to Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province(New District Hospital)from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group(30 patients)and observation group(30 patients)according to a randomized manner,the control group patients were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group patients were treated with sanguinarine combined with Powder and Renshen Yangrong Decoction plus and minus therapy,the response rate,recovery time of gastrointestinal function,TCM syndrome score and occurrence of adverse effects after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than control group.Compared with the control group,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,TCM syndrome score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The total effective rate of Shengmai Powder and Renshen Yangrong Decoction on gastrointestinal dysfunction after gastric cancer surgery is high,which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve clinical symptoms and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions after medication.
