常规联合复元活血汤治疗慢性前列腺炎气滞血瘀证的临床效果

Clinical Effect Evaluation of Routine Combined with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的探索常规联合复元活血汤治疗慢性前列腺炎气滞血瘀证的临床效果评价。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月启东市中医院收治的50例慢性前列腺炎气滞血瘀证患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与试验组,每组25例。对照组选择常规治疗方法,试验组在对照组基础上增加复元活血汤治疗方法。评比两组临床效果。结果试验组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的治疗后NIH-CPSI评分包括排尿症状评分、疼痛评分、生活质量评分、总得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的治疗后气滞血瘀证相关症状评分包括会阴部坠胀评分、会阴部疼痛评分、排尿刺痛评分、尿后滴沥评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对慢性前列腺炎气滞血瘀证患者实施复元活血汤治疗方法的临床效果确切。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of routine combined with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome.Methods Totally 50 cases of chronic prostatitis with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome in Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomLy divided into control group and experimental group,25 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,NIH-CPSI scores including urination symptom score,pain score,quality of life score and total score in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of symptoms related to Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome in the experimental group,including perineal distension score,perineal pain score,micturition tingling score and post urine drip score,were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction on chronic prostatitis with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome is exact.
