Artifacts in optical coherence tomography angiography

光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)近年来在眼科得到广泛应用,其图像中存在伪影的问题也日益受到关注。伪影会影响OCTA的图像质量,引起临床上的误诊和错误的疗效判断。OCTA伪影的产生原理、分类、评价标准、伪影消除等问题的研究已取得初步进展,但仍需在未来的临床实践中进一步探索。

With the wide application of optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)in ophthalmology,artifacts in OCTA have attracted more and more attention.Artifacts will affect the image quality of OCTA and cause clinical misdiagnosis and misjudgment of curative effect.Preliminary progress has been made in the research on the generation principle,classification,evaluation criteria and elimination of OCTA artifacts,but it still needs to be further explored in clinical practice in the future.
