咪唑功能化铁配合物催化CO2与环氧烷耦合反应 被引量:2

摘要 设计合成了一系列咪唑功能化的双功能铁(Ⅲ)配合物,通过红外、紫外、核磁和质谱对它们的结构进行了表征.将其用作高效催化剂催化CO2和环氧化物的偶合反应,并筛选最佳催化剂.通过系统研究CO2压力、温度、催化剂用量、时间等反应参数对催化活性的影响,得到最佳反应条件为3 MPa、120℃、摩尔比0.4%、3 h,同时筛选出最佳催化剂为2B.此外,在无溶剂无助催化剂条件下,研究了该系列双功能催化剂催化CO2与其他环氧化合物的耦合反应能力,并提出了可能的反应机理. A series of imidazole-functionalized bifunctional Fe(Ⅲ)complexes were designed and synthesized,and their structures were characterized by infrared,ultraviolet,nuclear magnetic spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.These complexes were used as high-performance catalysts for the coupling reaction of CO2 and epoxide,and the best catalysts were screened out.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as 3 MPa,120℃,molar ratio of 0.4%,3 h by systematic study of the effect of reaction parameters such as CO2 pressure,temperature,catalyst dosage and reaction time.The best catalyst was 2B.In addition,under solvent-and cocatalyst-free condition,the coupling reaction of CO2 and other epoxide compounds catalyzed by this series of catalysts were studied,and a possible reaction mechanism was proposed.
