后扶贫时期开放大学深化教育扶贫的思路分析 被引量:5

摘要 新时代脱贫攻坚任务胜利完成后,我国贫困治理进入以巩固脱贫攻坚成果,纾解相对贫困和局部贫困为主题的后扶贫时期。开放大学应当始终以习近平总书记关于教育扶贫的重要论述为基本遵循,研判把握后扶贫时期的形势和特点,在接续乡村振兴战略背景下,立足教育扶贫根本任务,深化坚持服务全民终身学习的办学使命;立足高校教育扶贫模式,深化依托特色优势服务地方经济发展的路径;立足后脱贫时代教育扶贫方向,深化“十四五”时期高水平开放大学建设的措施。 After the successful completion of the task of poverty alleviation in the new era,the poverty governance in China has entered a post-poverty alleviation period with the themes of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and alleviating the relatively and locally impoverished.Open University should always take the important statement on poverty alleviation through education by General Secretary Xi Jinping as the basic guideline,study and understand the current situation and characteristics of the post-poverty alleviation period,and deepen the mission of serving the whole people with lifelong learning based on the fundamental task of poverty alleviation through education under the background of rural revitalization strategy;based on the poverty alleviation model of higher education,deepen the path of serving local economic development by relying on distinctive advantages;and based on the direction of poverty alleviation through education in the post-poverty alleviation era,deepen the measures for the construction of high-level open universities in the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
