摘要
本研究以北京通州区的9个群体为样本,调查互联网时代成人参加终身学习的现状及需求。研究发现,成人参与终身学习的经费主要由个人及家庭承担;大多数成人具有在线学习的技术设备和应用能力;参加终身学习的动机主要是工作需求、个人兴趣和家庭三方面;参加终身学习的困难主要是缺乏学习时间和合适的课程;大部分成人充分认识到终身学习在城市发展中的重要作用;不同群体参与终身学习的状况和需求存在着差异。为此,促进终身学习助力社会可持续发展应着重三方面:一是设立政府终身学习专项基金,建立工作场所终身学习资助制度;二是积极推动信息技术的教育应用,促进形成开放、灵活、多元的终身学习形式;三是采用大数据和人工智能技术,为不同群体提供精准和智能化的终身学习服务。
This study investigates the current status and needs of adults'participating in lifelong learning in the Internet era by taking nine groups in Tongzhou District of Beijing as samples.It finds that the learning expenses for adults to participate in lifelong learning are mainly borne by individuals and families;most adults have the technical equipment and necessary ability of online learning;the main motivational factors for adults'participation include job needs,personal interests and family reasons;the main difficulties in taking part in lifelong learning are the lack of learning time and suitable courses;most of the adults have fully recognized the importance of lifelong learning in city development;different groups have different conditions and needs of participating in lifelong learning.Therefore,three aspects should be emphasized to promote the sustainable development of society through lifelong learning:setting up the governmental special fund for lifelong learning and the funding system for lifelong learning in the workplace;actively promoting the educational application of information technology,and promote the formation of open,flexible and diversified forms of lifelong learning;providing precise and intelligent lifelong learning services for different groups by using big data and artificial intelligence technology.
