摘要
我国乙肝疫苗接种全面施行近30年,乙型肝炎病毒的感染率有所下降,但肝癌的发病率和病死率仍居高不下。目前,肝癌的治疗模式已从单一的局部治疗转变为包括手术、消融、介入、靶向、免疫治疗等有机结合的多学科综合治疗。相比局部治疗而言,肝癌的药物治疗领域在2020年取得了令人瞩目的进展。本文将从局部治疗和全身治疗两方面系统总结2020年的肝癌研究进展。
Nearly 30 years after the comprehensive implementation of hepatitis B vaccine in China,the infection rate has decreased,but the morbidity and mortality of hepatocellular carcinoma are still high.The current treatment modality has changed from locoregional therapy to a multidisciplinary treatment including surgery,ablation,intervention,targeted therapy,immune checkpoint inhibitors,etc.More impressive progress has been made in the field of anti-cancer medication in 2020 than locoreginal treatment.In this review,we will systematically summarize the advances related to primary liver cancer published this year from both locoreginal and systemic therapies.
