不同肠内营养供给方式对重症肺炎患者疗效与营养状态的影响研究

The effect of different enteral nutrition supply methods on the curative effect and nutritional status ofpatients with severe pneumonia

目的:探讨不同肠内营养供给方式对重症肺炎患者疗效与营养状态的影响。方法:选取2018年5月至2020年6月河源市源城区人民医院符合诊断标准的重症肺炎患者60例作为研究对象,分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。两组患者均予敏感抗生素及呼吸支持,其中对照组采用胃灌器,观察组采用肠内营养输液器(型号CY-B型)。比较两组营养状态(白蛋白ALB、前白蛋白PAB、血红蛋白HGB)、并发症发生率、临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者治疗后ALB、PAB、HGB水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:不同肠内营养供给方式应用于重症肺炎患者有较好应用效果,有利于改善患者营养状态,可以一定程度上的避免患者并发症的出现,值得被推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effects of different enteral nutrition supply methods on the efficacy and nutritional status of patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:From May 2018 to June 2020,60 patients with severe pneumonia who met the diagnostic criteria in Yuancheng District People’s Hospital of Heyuan City were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).Both groups of patients were given sensitive antibiotics and respiratory support.The control group was given a gastric lavage device,and the observation group was given an enteral nutrition infusion device(model CY-B).The nutritional status(albumin ALB,prealbumin PAB,hemoglobin HGB),complication rate,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALB,PAB,and HGB in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group level Significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Different enteral nutrition The supply method has good application effects when applied to patients with severe pneumonia,is conducive to improving the nutritional status of patients,and can avoid the emergence of patient complications to a certain extent.It is worthy of promotion and application.
