对比传统切除术、麦默通微创旋切术对乳腺良性肿瘤的临床治疗效果

To compare the clinical effect of traditional resection and maimertong minimally invasive circumcisionin the treatment of breast benign tumor

目的:对乳腺良性肿瘤患者分别采取传统切除术以及麦默通微创旋切术治疗,对比其临床治疗效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月在我院治疗的50例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,将其分为两组。对照组25例,采取传统切除术治疗;观察组25例,采取麦默通乳腺微创旋切术治疗。结果:与对照组对比,观察组患者的手术、切口愈合、住院时间更短,术中出血量更少,瘢痕长度更小,且VAS评分、并发症率更低(P<0.05)。结论:与传统切除术相比,麦默通微创旋切术可减轻手术创伤,加快术后康复进程,减少相关并发症发生。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of traditional mastectomy and maimertong minimally invasive circumcision in the treatment of breast benign tumor.Methods:from January 2018 to January 2020,50 patients with breast benign tumor were divided into two groups.25 cases in the control group were treated with traditional resection,and 25 cases in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive mastectomy.Results:compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group had shorter operation,incision healing,hospital stay,less bleeding,shorter scar length,and lower VAS score and complication rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with the traditional resection,mcmethon minimally invasive circumcision can reduce the surgical trauma,accelerate the process of postoperative rehabilitation,and reduce the incidence of related complications.
