舒适护理用于小儿上呼吸道感染护理的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Comfortable Nursing Used in Nursing of Children with Upper Respiratory TractInfection

目的:探讨舒适护理用于小儿上呼吸道感染护理的临床分析。方法:纳入从2018年1月至2018年12月收治的100例小儿上呼吸道感染患儿为对象,按照掷骰子方法分为对照组(50例)与研究组(50例)。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以舒适护理干预。结果:研究组护理后的舒适度评分明显高于对照组,,临床护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的各项指标改善时间(咳嗽、发热、流涕及咽痛)均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);结论:小儿上呼吸道感染护理中应用舒适护理干预措施的临床效果确切。

Objective:To explore the clinical analysis of comfort nursing for the nursing of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:A total of 100 children with upper respiratory tract infections admitted from January 2018 to December 2018 were included.They were grouped according to the dice roll method and divided into a control group(50 cases)and a research group(50 cases).The control group was given routine nursing methods,and the research group was given comfortable nursing interventions.Results:The comfort score of the research group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the clinical nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the improvement time of various indicators of the research group(cough,fever,runny nose and sore throat)Both were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion:The clinical effect of applying comfortable nursing interventions in the nursing of upper respiratory tract infection in children is accurate.
