教学查房在麻醉学专业住院医师规范化培训中的应用

Application of teaching rounds in standardized training of anesthesiology residents

目的:研究教学查房在麻醉学专业住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法:本研究对象为在2019年度7月至2020年度4月的麻醉学专业规范化培训住院医师,总例数(选取对象)90例,采取抽签分组方法分为a组30例、b组30例、c组30例,a组实施传统教学方式,b组实施仿真模拟教学方式,c组实施教学查房,分析并且对比三组各项指标。结果:c组各项评分均高于b组与a组(P<0.05)。结论:通过在麻醉学专业住院医师规范化培训中实施教学查房,取得显著的教学效果。

Objective:To study the application of teaching rounds in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents.Methods:the subjects of this study were residents of standardized training of Anesthesiology specialty from July 2019 to April 2020,with a total of 90 cases(selected objects).They were divided into group A(30 cases),group B(30 cases)and group C(30 cases).Group a implemented traditional teaching method,group B implemented simulation teaching method,and group C implemented teaching rounds.Results:the scores of group C were higher than those of group B and group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:through the implementation of teaching rounds in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents,remarkable teaching effect has been achieved.
