我院第一批带量采购降压药品用药情况分析

Analysis of the first quantity purchase of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital

目的:调研100例患者服用国家第一批带量采购降压药品后的满意度情况。方法:通过问卷调查的方法,对本院患者服用第一批国家带量采购降压药品前后1年内的血压情况、不良反应情况、药品价格情况及满意度情况等进行分析。结果:换药组血压控制情况与换药前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),新服药组血压水平明显优于服药前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总体不良反应发生率为11%,其中可以耐受继续服药占9%,不能耐受已换药占2%,无新发不良反应;换药组明显感觉药价降低的占32%,选择药价降低不明显的占23%,对价格没有感受的占45%;患者对带量采购降压药品总体满意率为78%。结论:本院第一批带量采购降压药品患者应用后血压控制情况良好、无新发不良反应,药品价格降低,患者总体满意高。但还需进一步扩大带量采购品种范围,加大宣传力度。

Objective:To investigate the satisfaction of 100 patients after taking the first quantity purchase of antihypertensive drugs purchased by our hospital.Methods:Through the questionnaire survey,the blood pressure,adverse reaction,drug price and satisfaction of the patients in our hospital before and after taking the first quantity purchase of antihypertensive drugs were analyzed.Results:The blood pressure control in dressing group was compared with that before dressing change,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The blood pressure level in the new medicine group was significantly better than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions was 11%,of which 9%could be tolerated to continue taking medicine,2%could not tolerate changed medicine,no new adverse reactions was found.32%of the patients in the dressing group felt the drug price decreased obviously,the choice of drug price reduction was not obvious accounted for 23%,45%had no feeling on the price.The overall satisfaction rate of patients with the first quantity purchase of antihypertensive drugs was 78%.Conclusion:The first quantity purchase of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital has good effect on blood pressure control,no new adverse reactions,drug prices is low,patients'overall satisfaction is high.However,it is necessary to further expand the scope of purchasing varieties with volume and increase publicity.
