摘要 在新时期环境下,人们越来越重视身体保健,这也推动了我国保健产品的开发和研究。西洋参是一种代表性的保健品,而想要充分确保西洋参产品效用的发挥,还需要做好对其产品的标准化加工。往往由于西洋参产品加工的不规范和不科学,导致其对人们身体健康造成影响。本文针对我国西洋参标准化加工工艺及产品分类方法进行研究,以此对我国西洋参产品进行深入了解。 In the new era,people pay more and more attention to health care,which also promotes the development and research of health care products in China.Panax quinquefolium is a representative health product,to fully ensure the utility of panax quinquefolium products,we also need to do a good job in the standardized processing of its products.Due to the non-standard and unscientific processing of panax quinquefolium products,which resulting in its impact on people's health,in this paper,the standard processing technology and product classification method of panax quinquefolium in China are studied,in order to the products of panax quinquefolium in China are deeply understood.
