口腔种植修复与常规修复治疗牙列缺失的效果对比研究

A comparative study on the effect of oral implant restoration and conventional restoration in the treatment of dentition loss

目的:比较常规修复及口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺失患者的临床效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治牙列缺失患者45例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规修复治疗,研究组给予口腔种植修复治疗,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率与修复满意度。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率少于对照组,修复结果满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔种植修复应用在牙列缺失患者中有效安全,能改善咀嚼和语言功能。

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of conventional restoration and oral implant restoration in the treatment of patients with dentition loss.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,45 patients with dentition loss were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was given routine repair treatment.The study group was given oral implant repair treatment.The therapeutic effects,adverse reactions and repair satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the satisfaction score of repair results of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral implant restoration is effective and safe in patients with dentition loss,and can improve mastication and language function.
