美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病合并心力衰竭的效果分析

Effect analysis of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure

目的:探讨美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病合并心力衰竭的效果。方法:2018年6月-2019年11月收治老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者76例,按不同治疗方法分为两组,各38例。对照组应用美托洛尔治疗,观察组应用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血清炎性因子及心功能各项指标水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)及6 min步行距离(6 MWT)水平均高于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)及左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白介素6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病合并心力衰竭,可有效提升临床疗效,改善患者心功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:From June 2018 to November 2019,76 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were selected and divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol.The observation group was treated with metoprolol combined with trimetazidine.We compared the clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors and cardiac function of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the levels of left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)and 6 minutes walking distance(6 MWT)were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd)were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and cardiac function of patients.
