摘要
目的:分析富马酸喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗双相情感障碍的效果。方法:2017-2019年收治双相情感障碍患者108例,随机分为两组。对照组使用碳酸锂缓释片治疗,研究组使用富马酸喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组患者认知功能评分、社会功能缺陷筛选表评分、躁狂指数量表评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双相情感障碍患者使用富马酸喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗,可使患者认知功能得到一定改善,并有效治疗患者相关综合征,进一步加强患者社会功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of quetiapine fumarate combined with magnesium valproate in the treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods:From 2017 to 2019,108 patients with bipolar disorder were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with lithium carbonate sustained-release tablets.The study group was treated with quetiapine fumarate combined with magnesium valproate.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the cognitive function score,social function score,manic scale index score and Hamilton Depression Scale score were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quetiapine fumarate combined with magnesium valproate in the treatment of bipolar disorder can improve the cognitive function of patients,effectively treat patients with related syndrome,and further strengthen the social function of patients.
